<meta charset="utf-8"><span>A kind friend gifted me this with a 'You are awesome' card containing some beautiful words and this 'You Got This' Zox band. Wearing this has brought me a lot of comfort whilst I've been navigating some of life's challenges. It reminds how brave and strong I am with everything I try in life. It helps keeps my anxiety at bay at times when I can feel myself not believing in myself.</span>
