<span>Today I will not worry is one of the first singles I purchased. I have struggled with anxiety since childhood. I wear this one a lot because it reminds me to not worry about things that aren't worth worrying about. It helps me stay focused on the present and not play the what if game. It is a nice reminder to start the day, especially when I know it is going to be a tough day.</span>
