<meta charset="utf-8"><span>Progress not perfection means a lot to me because in June it hit one year with knee pain and that is the longest i have had it over the 4 years i have suffered with it and this bracelet reminds me even though it is tough to keep going and keep trying to stay strong. My physio and doctor have referred me to an orthopedic surgeon and after physio have done everything they possibly can do. I am anxious about seeing a specialist because it is my first time and as my knee pain can vary from manageable to intense and it can take months to actually get my referral letter.</span>
