I was a gym rat 5-6 days a week, weights, cardio, all of that, then 3 years ago everything changed, all of a sudden I was always tired, couldn't breathe, this went on for about 7 months. I went to see heart dr. Found out I needed mitral valve repair/replacement ASAP. Totally shocked. I was like, they are talking about someone else. Umm no, I had open heart surgery June 13, 2019. So, yes I AM strong. And Yes I believe I can do anything.</span>
